Job Description
A fully funded Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the lab of Dr. Edward Lau at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (https://www.laulab.net). Our research uses genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics approaches to study protein synthesis, degradation, and localization, and how these dynamic parameters alter in aging and diseases. We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow who is experienced in quantitative life science research. The ideal candidate should have experience performing original research in one or more areas related to gene expression regulation, mass spectrometry-based proteomics, protein degradation, or human induced pluripotent stem cell models. We are seeking applicants who are passionate about performing research in an academic setting, show excellent organizational skills, able to work both independently and in a team setting, dedicated to maintaining a healthy and respectful workplace.
